DO YOU PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
No. We do NOT have COD option. Buyers are expected to use any of these modes of payment - payTM /Google Pay/ Net Banking or Indian Credit/Debit cards to make payment.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL AFTER ORDERING?
We ship items everyday,anyhow we need 1-2 working working days to process the order. Within Tamil Nadu the parcel will reach in 1-2 days and to other states it will take 3-5 working days. To Hyderabad it takes min 5-6 working days. If the product comes under “the kemp series” we need atleast 7-10 working days to process the order as kemp sets are made to order pieces. If the concerned person has not received within the mentioned number of days, she/he is expected to let us know (by mentioning the order number # )immediately so that we can take further actions.

NOTE: in case of parcel missing - We can’t take responsibility if we are not notified within the said number of days.
Also, We do not have a personal delivery team who can call you in advance before delivering a product and we absolutely cannot decide the specific time period the package has to be delivered. We use courier services to do the delivery and it’s entirely Upto the particular service/delivery staff when it comes to the delivery. We have no authority over their service and timing.

CAN YOU POSTPONED THE DISPATCHMENT?
Yes, we can. If the concerned person wants us to postponed the dispatchment after payment, he/she is expected to let us know immediately after payment by mentioning the order number.
WHERE WILL MY PARCEL GO IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AT HOME TO RECEIVE?
Our courier guys will re attempt to deliver twice. If no one is available to receive the parcel even after two days, the parcel will return back to us. The concerned person is expected to pay the delivery charge again in that case. So it's better to let us know beforehand if no one is available to collect.

PLEASE NOTE:
In case it has been delivered to your address, but was collected by security staff, House help, neighbor or warden, we do not have any guarantee regarding such cases as there will be no advance call or communication from the courier companies while delivering your order, so kindly track your order regularly to receive with no hassles. (There will be no step by step update on shipping, you are expected to track your own order with the tracking number till its delivery)
CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
No. we don't have cancellations. So once ordered, nothing can be done. If the person has any doubt regarding the weight/length, they are expected to clarify it beforehand. So take your time before you proceed with the payment.

IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
No. we do not accept returns because Each and every item is checked with atmost care twice or thrice. We accept returns only if there's some damage to the items during transit. The concerned Person is expected to let us know within 12hours after receiving the product and return back the damaged item. Once after we receive them, we will replace the product else refund the item's amount if that particular product is not available. Customer should take care of shipping expenses. Customers are expected to send Back the parcel within two days in that case, if not, return/exchange will not be considered. Also, customers are expected to send only via simple courier services and not any other premium services that charge more- we cannot take responsibility for courier amount (courier amount will be refunded only in special cases).

PLEASE NOTE THAT, Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage. There are rare chances that during transition beads or stones may have fallen. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue will not be exchanged or refunded.
